The Mac & Cheetos Pie | Foodbeast The Mac & Cheetos Pie | The Premiere Food News Resource

Cravings Recipes // January 30, 2011 at 11:52 am, by Elie Ayrouth

Oh snap, drooling much? We’re looking at The Mac & Cheetos Pie, possibly one of the most tantalizing, thoughtful uses of Cheetos I’ve ever seen. We’re looking at a macaroni and cheese pie constructed of shredded Cheddar cheese, macaroni, milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt, red pepper sauce and crushed Cheetos throughout. Damn, what a genius way to put Cheetos in an edible format that doesn’t involve getting your fingers all nasty and orange! The full recipe is available on the What Did You Eat blog. Oh my…I would love to try this pie with some Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, what do you think?!

Whoops! Upon further review ...

GreenBayChicaco

There might have been some celebrating up in Green Bay when the Packers found out they would be facing the Bears in the NFC title game.

The above Monday Green Bay Press-Gazette front page was followed Tuesday by the page one note that is quoted below:

ABOUT THAT HEADLINE
There is no excuse for the spelling error on the front page of Monday's Press-Gazette. We know the great city of Chicago is spelled with two "C"s and a "G," and not three "C"s. We were equally embarrassed we got it wrong in the first place and then failed to catch it in the proofreading process. We apologize for the error: In the event the Packers win Sunday and advance to the Super Bowl, we'll spell the host city of Dallas correctly.

It happens.

Kansas City Isn't Big Enough For Two Mark Edwards, So The Other One Has To Work In Lawrence

Mark EdwardsOne market (Kansas City), two radio guys named Mark Edwards. The Mark Edwards who’s programming in commercial radio for Entercom takes note of the Mark Edwards who’s coming to town as the classical music director at Kansas Public Radio and says “that’s not me.” The Mark Edwards at Entercom says “All is well here, I couldn’t be happier, and my Cubs are making some fairly intelligent off-season moves.” He’s “continuing on my mission to satisfy all the women of the Kansas City Metropolitan Area with the only station now playing soft rock [KUDL at 98.1], and the station that plays the music of Generation X.” That’s KGEX at 99.7. The Bach-and-Beethoven Mark Edwards comes to K.C. from New England.

A tip of the Cubs hat to Tom Taylor at radio-info.com for clearing this up.
